Wellness industry events 2026–2027: the calendar

Here is the wellness industry's event calendar from September 2026 through mid-2027: 30+ conferences, summits and trade shows across biohacking, longevity and the wider wellness business, each verified against the organizer's own site. We run HOLOLIFE Summit and cross paths with most of these events, their speakers and their exhibitors every year — this is the list we use ourselves.

What changed this season

• ARDD, the largest longevity-biotech science meeting, relocates from Copenhagen to Harvard/Boston (Oct 1–3) with a new 10-day Boston Longevity Week built around it.
• AMWC leaves Monaco for Cannes in April 2027 and expands from aesthetics into longevity and regenerative medicine.
• Global Wellness Summit holds its 20th-anniversary edition in Phuket.
• Arnold Sports Festival's health expo grows to four days in 2027.

September 2026

• Biohackers World Chicago — Sep 4–5, Chicago, USA. Two-day biohacking conference and expo; the touring US series returns to Miami in January.
• RAADfest — Sep 4–6, Scottsdale, USA. The "Revolution Against Aging and Death" festival, kept intentionally small at a few hundred attendees.
• Health Optimisation Summit London — Sep 12–13 (VIP dinner Sep 11), London, UK. Sixth edition, 4,000+ attendees at the Business Design Centre — the biggest health-optimization event in Europe.
• Longevity Investors Conference — Sep 14–17, Gstaad, Switzerland. Invitation-level longevity investing: institutional investors, family offices and scientists.
• Termatalia — Sep 24–25, Ourense, Spain. 24th international fair for thermal tourism, health and wellbeing.

October 2026

• ARDD 2026 — Oct 1–3, Boston, USA. The Aging Research & Drug Discovery meeting, now at Harvard; the largest scientific longevity-biotech conference.
• Boston Longevity Week — Oct 2–11, Boston, USA. Ten days of longevity conferences, hackathons and networking anchored by ARDD.
• World Spa & Wellness Convention — Oct 4–5, London, UK. B2B conference for the global spa and wellness business, at ExCeL.
• Dubai Active Show — Oct 30 – Nov 1, Dubai, UAE. The Middle East's largest fitness and wellness exhibition: ~45,000 visitors, 450+ brands.

November 2026

• Eurosymposium on Healthy Ageing — Nov 4–6 (dates via the International Longevity Alliance), Brussels, Belgium. Biennial academic longevity symposium.
• GSA Annual Scientific Meeting — Nov 4–7, National Harbor, USA. The Gerontological Society of America's aging-science meeting.
• Eudēmonia Summit — Nov 5–8, West Palm Beach, USA. Third edition of the US consumer wellness festival: 120+ experts, 200+ talks, 160+ brands.
• Global Wellness Summit — Nov 10–13, Phuket, Thailand. The wellness industry's executive B2B summit, 20th-anniversary edition.
• HOLOLIFE Summit 2026 — Nov 14–15, SugarFactory, Amsterdam area, Netherlands. Our own event: 2,000+ expected attendees from 60+ countries, 100+ exhibiting brands, across longevity, biohacking and health optimization. Successor of the Biohacker Summit series — 18 editions since 2016. Who attends.
• HLTH USA — Nov 15–18, Las Vegas, USA. Healthcare's biggest innovation event, 12,000+ attendees.

December 2026

• GIANT Health Event — Dec 7–8, London, UK. The UK's largest health-tech festival, 13th year.
• A4M LongevityFest — Dec 11–13, Las Vegas, USA. The largest clinical longevity-medicine congress, 34th annual.
• World Biohack Summit — December, Dubai, UAE (dates TBC). The 2025 edition drew 2,000+ visitors.

January–March 2027

• Biohackers World Miami — Jan 30–31, Miami, USA.
• ISPA Conference — Mar 3–5, Las Vegas, USA. The International Spa Association's annual conference and expo.
• Arnold Sports Festival — Mar 4–7, Columbus, USA. The health and fitness expo runs four days for the first time.
• The HFA Show — Mar 10–12, Las Vegas, USA. The fitness-industry trade show formerly known as IHRSA.
• Arnold Sports Festival UK — Mar 19–21, Birmingham, UK.

April 2027

• AMWC 2027 — Apr 1–3, Cannes, France. 25th edition of the aesthetic and anti-aging congress, now covering longevity and regenerative medicine.
• Health Optimisation Summit USA — Apr 2–4, Austin, USA.
• FIBO — Apr 8–11, Cologne, Germany. The world's largest fitness, wellness and health trade show: 100,000+ participants from 100+ countries.
• A4M Longevity SpringFest — Apr 9–10, West Palm Beach, USA.
• BEAUTY Düsseldorf — Apr 9–11, Düsseldorf, Germany. ~1,200 exhibitors across cosmetics, wellness and spa.
• Longevity Med Summit — Apr 21–22 (per organizer listings), London, UK. Fifth edition, relocating from Lisbon.

May–June 2027
