Here are the longevity conferences and summits worth planning around from September 2026 through mid-2027, grouped by what you want out of them: the science, clinical practice, investing, or the community events where the field actually mixes. Dates are verified against the organizers' own pages; TBC means not announced yet. We organize HOLOLIFE Summit and the HOLOLIFE Longevity format, both on this list.

The science

• ARDD 2026 — Oct 1–3, Boston, USA. The Aging Research & Drug Discovery meeting is the largest scientific longevity-biotech conference; it relocates from Copenhagen to Harvard this year, with Boston Longevity Week (Oct 2–11) built around it.
• GSA Annual Scientific Meeting — Nov 4–7, National Harbor, USA. The Gerontological Society of America's meeting; thousands of aging researchers.
• Eurosymposium on Healthy Ageing — Nov 4–6, Brussels, Belgium (dates via the International Longevity Alliance). The biennial European academic longevity symposium.
• Longevity Summit Dublin — 2027 edition TBC. The scientific summit associated with Aubrey de Grey; the 2026 edition ran at Trinity College in June.

Clinical practice

• A4M LongevityFest — Dec 11–13, Las Vegas, USA. The largest clinical longevity-medicine congress, 34th annual edition at The Venetian.
• A4M Longevity SpringFest — Apr 9–10, 2027, West Palm Beach, USA. The spring congress; 2027 puts extra weight on brain health.
• AMWC — Apr 1–3, 2027, Cannes, France. The 25th aesthetic and anti-aging medicine congress moves from Monaco to Cannes and expands into longevity and regenerative medicine.
• Longevity Med Summit — Apr 21–22, 2027 (per organizer listings), London, UK. Longevity medicine for physicians and clinic operators; fifth edition, relocating from Lisbon.

The money

• Longevity Investors Conference — Sep 14–17, 2026, Gstaad, Switzerland. Invitation-level: institutional investors, family offices and scientists in one room. Seventh edition.

The community

• RAADfest — Sep 4–6, 2026, Scottsdale, USA. The "Revolution Against Aging and Death" festival, kept deliberately small.
• HOLOLIFE Summit 2026 — Nov 14–15, 2026, SugarFactory, Amsterdam area. Our event: 2,000+ expected attendees from 60+ countries and 100+ exhibiting brands across longevity, biohacking and health optimization. The series also runs a dedicated longevity format — HOLOLIFE Longevity Côte d'Azur held its first edition in Nice in March 2026. Who attends.
• Eudēmonia Summit — Nov 5–8, 2026, West Palm Beach, USA. The big US consumer healthspan festival: 120+ experts, 160+ brands.
• Life Summit Berlin — May 2027, Berlin, Germany (dates TBC). Europe's large consumer-and-professional longevity conference; the 2026 edition drew 3,000+ attendees and 120+ speakers.

Researchers and biotech: ARDD, then GSA. Physicians building a longevity practice: A4M or Longevity Med Summit, with AMWC if aesthetics is part of your clinic. Investors: Gstaad.
