Essential cookies and storage

These keep you signed in, secure sessions and forms, and remember your privacy choices. They are used to provide the service you request and do not depend on advertising consent.

Your cookie choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days, using local storage and a versioned server-readable cookie. We ask again when the choice expires or the consent notice changes materially. Authentication and security cookies last for their session or configured expiry.

Analytics and advertising

With your permission, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel help measure visits, interactions, purchases and registrations. These tools may use cookies, browser identifiers and information about your visit. They load only after you accept analytics and advertising.

  • Google ad click ID: wi_gclid links a visit from a Google ad to a later purchase. It is an advertising cookie, stored only with consent for up to 90 days.
  • Google identifiers: cookies such as _ga and _gcl_* support analytics and advertising according to the enabled tags. Google Analytics identifiers may last up to two years; individual settings and browser limits can shorten this.
  • Meta identifiers: _fbp and _fbc support browser and ad-click matching, generally for up to 90 days.

Our 180-day consent limit still applies if a provider cookie could last longer. We do not load tags, save a new advertising click ID or attach it to a checkout without a current choice allowing this processing.

Purchase and registration measurement

With advertising consent, we may also share buyer details to match purchases and registrations to advertising. Contact details are normalised and hashed before sharing with Google or Meta; matching may also use country, postcode, click IDs, browser information and purchase value. Hashed details remain personal data.

For Tito checkout, we pass the advertising choice and its time with permitted attribution information. Measurement uses the buyer's details, not other ticket holders' details or ticket questionnaire answers. Purchasing a ticket does not itself give advertising consent.

Changing your choice

Open Cookie settings here or in the site footer to allow or turn off analytics and advertising. Both choices let you browse, apply, register and buy tickets.

Turning these tools off clears first-party advertising identifiers we can remove and reloads the page to stop tools already running. It stops future tracking on this site; it does not recall information already sent lawfully. You can also manage third-party cookies in your browser. Choices apply to the browser and site domain where you make them; another device or event domain may ask separately.

Who receives information

Google and Meta receive the measurement information described above when you allow it. Our Privacy Policy lists providers, their data terms, international processing and your rights. For privacy requests, email [email protected].
