Biohacking conferences in Europe 2026–2027

Here are the biohacking and health-optimization conferences you can attend in Europe from September 2026 through mid-2027, with dates, cities and what each one is good for. We organize HOLOLIFE Summit — it is on this list — and we have spoken at or exhibited alongside most of the others, so the notes come from the floor, not from press releases.

The main events

Health Optimisation Summit — London, Sep 12–13, 2026. The biggest health-optimization event in Europe: 4,000+ attendees, 100+ speakers and a large expo floor at the Business Design Centre. Consumer-friendly, founder-led (Tim Gray), strong UK community. A US edition runs in Austin, Apr 2–4, 2027.

HOLOLIFE Summit 2026 — Amsterdam area, Nov 14–15, 2026. Our event, at SugarFactory in Halfweg: 2,000+ expected attendees from 60+ countries, 100+ exhibiting brands, two days of keynotes, live demos, workshops and side events across longevity, biohacking and health optimization. It continues the Biohacker Summit series — 18 editions since 2016 in Helsinki, Amsterdam, London, Toronto, Tallinn, Stockholm and Tokyo. See who attends.

Longevity Med Summit — London, Apr 21–22, 2027 (per organizer listings). The clinical end of the spectrum: longevity medicine for physicians and clinic operators. Fifth edition, relocating from Lisbon to the Business Design Centre.

AMWC — Cannes, Apr 1–3, 2027. The 25th aesthetic and anti-aging medicine congress moves from Monaco to Cannes and now covers longevity and regenerative medicine. Medical audience, industry-heavy.

Life Summit Berlin — Berlin, May 2027 (dates TBC). The 2026 edition drew 3,000+ attendees, 120+ speakers on three stages. Longevity-focused, consumer and professional mixed.

Biohacking Summit Prague — Prague, 2027 edition TBC. Czechia's biohacking summit; the 2026 edition ran in June at Vista Resort.

• Longevity Investors Conference — Gstaad, Sep 14–17, 2026. Invitation-level; go if you invest in the space.
• World Biohack Summit — Dubai, December 2026 (dates TBC). The Middle East's biohacking event, 2,000+ visitors in 2025.
• FIBO — Cologne, Apr 8–11, 2027. Not a biohacking event, but the world's largest fitness and health trade show; many recovery- and wearable-tech brands exhibit here first.
• HLTH Europe — Amsterdam, Jun 21–24, 2027. Health-innovation at large scale; useful for the digital-health side of the field.
• Longevity Summit Dublin — 2027 edition TBC. The scientific longevity summit associated with Aubrey de Grey.

How to choose

Go by what you want to leave with. For protocols you can use on Monday: Health Optimisation Summit or HOLOLIFE. For clinical practice: Longevity Med Summit or AMWC. For deals and partnerships: the expo floors — HOLOLIFE, HOS and FIBO all run serious exhibitor programs. For the science itself, add ARDD in Boston (Oct 1–3, 2026) to your calendar even though it left Europe this year.
