THE GAME

A 16-bit boss rush for biohackers

The Last Frontier is a free browser game in the style of the classic console role-playing games. Your weapons are the tools of health optimization: red light, cold, heat, breath, sleep, supplements and sound. It plays on your phone or computer, with sound.

    Battle in real time

    Each hero's time gauge fills on its own. When it is full, choose Attack, a Skill, Defend or their Special. The boss does not wait for you.

    Three chapters, three parties

    Every chapter is one boss fight with its own team of three. At half health each boss takes a second form and starts charging an ultimate.

    Charge your specials

    Every action fills a hero's special. When it glows, unleash a limit break: a wall of red light panels, sacred geometry, a polar plunge.

    Score high

    Faster wins, fewer moves and more heroes left standing score higher. Every fight is replayed on our server, so the leaderboard is real.

It taxed the red light panel as a luxury, the sauna as property and every supplement as a sin. Sickness is deductible, health is not, and the longer you live, the more years it can bill.

Its power
HOARD: every fee it collects fattens its hoard, and a bigger hoard hits harder. Full, it devours and heals itself.
Signature attacks
Audit, Late Fee Barrage, Compound Interest, Garnish Wages. Its second form counts down to Bankruptcy every four turns.
How to break it
Dr. Olli steals from the hoard to soften every blow. Save Veronika Muse's Metatron's Cube for Bankruptcy.

DEPENDENCY: the more you depend on it, the more it heals itself every turn. Every seal on your skills deepens it.

Prescription Barrage, Ban List, Side Effects, Referral Loop. Its second form prints a Black-Box Warning every four turns.
How to break it
Sorin Frost's Supply Run breaks every seal. Put on blue-light blockers when Valerie Circadian calls for them.

WATER AND ENERGY CONSUMED: it rises every turn on its own, and the machine grows with it.

Data Harvest, Drain the Rivers, Throttle, Deepfake. Its second form computes a Singularity every four turns.
How to break it
Kasper Breathwave's Silence the Noise cancels what it is computing. When all seems lost, listen to the forest.

How the rewards work

  • The 25% code works once, at the ticket checkout, on an Explorer Pass, Late Bird, Premium, Spaceship, VIP or Diamond VIP ticket. One code per player.
  • Your best finished run is your score. On a tie, whoever finished first ranks higher.
  • The leaderboard closes on 13 November 2026. The top 10 get their free ticket codes by email right after.
  • Lose a fight and you can try again. In chapter I each retry opens something from the summit first; in chapters II and III you share a post about the summit once. Each retry costs 10% of that chapter's score.
