Terms of Service

1. Who we are & scope

WELLNESSINDUSTRY.IO (the “Platform”) is operated by HOLOLIFE Summit OÜ, registered in Estonia, registry code 14867044, Tööstuse 43-100, 10411 Tallinn, Estonia. These Terms govern your use of the Platform to discover events, buy tickets, register as an attendee, or apply as an exhibitor, sponsor, partner, speaker, volunteer, food vendor or other participant. You agree to these Terms when you accept them in the relevant signup, application or checkout flow. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data; acknowledging it does not grant consent to optional marketing, photography or AI editing.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to purchase tickets or submit applications, or have the required authority or guardian involvement. If you act for a company or another person, you must be authorised to provide their details and make the relevant commitments.

3. Tickets, orders & payment

Ticket prices are shown at checkout and, where applicable, include VAT. Payments use the checkout or payment provider shown for the event, including Stripe or an external ticketing service such as Tito. We do not store card details. Paid orders are confirmed according to the stated payment arrangements; free registrations do not require payment. Confirmation emails and your order record show the outcome. Tickets are personal to the named attendee and subject to the organiser’s admission rules.

4. Refunds, changes & cancellations

Refund and transfer rights depend on the individual event and its organiser, and are shown at the point of sale where applicable. If an event is cancelled or materially changed by the organiser, the organiser is responsible for any refund. Statutory withdrawal rights, where they apply, are not affected.

5. Applications and company registration

Applications are reviewed by the relevant team. Approval may invite you to register, select a package and provide billing details. Application acceptance, completed registration, invoicing and payment are separate steps; an approval email alone does not mean that registration is complete or a package has been paid for. Event-specific participation terms and any agreed commercial arrangements apply.

Previously submitted details may be prefilled so you can review and update them. You are responsible for accurate company, contact and billing information and for having authority to accept terms or grant permissions for the represented company or person. The organiser can request missing details before confirming participation.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to disrupt it, access data without authorisation, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use it to harass others. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Content, photographs and AI tools

You retain your rights in the logos, photographs, biographies and other content you submit. You grant the platform and relevant organiser a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, format and display that content as needed to process your submission, deliver the service and publish the profile or event material you authorise. You must have the necessary rights to submitted material.

Photography, marketing use of identifiable images and AI portrait editing follow the separate permissions described in our Privacy Policy. A general content licence does not override those choices. You may withdraw a permission or request removal of an image of you through Photo permissions. Company-scoped permissions do not change your personal account permissions.

Published event asset kits may be downloaded and shared to promote the relevant event or platform, within any instructions or restrictions attached to the asset. Ownership is not transferred. Do not imply an endorsement, misrepresent a person or company, or reuse withdrawn material after being notified of its removal.

AI tools help with editing, research, writing, summaries and administration. Outputs may contain errors; the person using or publishing them must review accuracy, permissions and suitability. AI application-review suggestions support human decisions. Connecting an external tool authorises access only within the permissions granted to that connection.

8. Platform role & liability

HOLOLIFE Summit OÜ operates the WELLNESSINDUSTRY.IO Platform. Some events are organised by third-party organisers who use the Platform. HOLOLIFE Summit OÜ’s role for those events is to operate the platform; the identified organiser is responsible for running its event and fulfilling its participant agreements. Your event contract is with that organiser. Where HOLOLIFE Summit OÜ is itself the organiser, it also has the organiser’s responsibilities. This distinction does not exclude duties or liability that apply to us by law.

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, HOLOLIFE Summit OÜ is not liable for the conduct of event organisers or third parties, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date above and notified to you where required. We will request acceptance or a new permission when required. Updates do not retrospectively change agreed purchases or expand a photo or marketing permission you previously gave.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Questions about these Terms: [email protected] or .
