HOLOLIFE Summit 2025 Europe

Former telecom executive claims quantum technology can counteract harmful effects of 5G

Former telecom executive claims quantum technology can counteract harmful effects of 5G

Philipp Von Holtzendorff-Fehling presents research on frequency medicine at HOLOLIFE Summit in Estonia

In a thought-provoking presentation at the HOLOLIFE Summit in Tallinn, Estonia, former T-Mobile executive Philipp Von Holtzendorff-Fehling claimed that quantum technology could be the solution to mitigating the negative health impacts of electromagnetic fields (EMFs) generated by modern telecommunications.

Speaking to an audience of health enthusiasts and technology professionals on Saturday, Holtzendorff-Fehling, now founder of Leela Quantum Tech, presented what he described as compelling scientific evidence supporting the efficacy of frequency medicine – a field that utilises energy and vibration to enhance cellular function.

"We're all energy and frequency at core. And that is something we better realise now," Holtzendorff-Fehling told attendees at the three-day summit, which runs from 13-15 June 2025.

From telecom executive to quantum advocate

The irony of his career trajectory was not lost on Holtzendorff-Fehling, who acknowledged his past role in expanding the very technology he now claims can harm human health. "I used to be a vice president at T-Mobile, running fourteen countries in Europe, and then also in the US, so I kind of know a little bit about electromagnetic fields," he said.

Rather than advocating for the dismantling of telecommunications infrastructure, however, Holtzendorff-Fehling proposed a technological solution. "Is the solution that we're going to tear down the 5G towers all over the world? No, that is not going to happen. So we need technology that can make us use all these electromagnetic fields so we can be connected but without having any of those downsides."

Research claims and scientific validation

During his presentation, Holtzendorff-Fehling cited over 60 studies conducted across multiple continents that he claims validate the effects of quantum frequency medicine, with more than 40 being placebo-controlled.

Among the most striking findings presented was research from the University of Tulsa showing a 20-29% increase in ATP production – the cellular energy currency essential for all living functions – in cells treated with quantum technology.

Another study highlighted showed accelerated wound healing, with treated cells recovering 46-100% faster than control groups. "Every time, these results happened in a randomised and double-blind fashion," Holtzendorff-Fehling asserted.

EMF concerns and brain activity

Perhaps the most visually compelling evidence presented involved advanced EEG readings of brain activity when exposed to 5G signals from an iPhone 15.

"It literally creates an artificial box so that the brain waves don't flow naturally anymore at all," Holtzendorff-Fehling explained. "Everything that's linked to stress in the brain ramps up significantly."

He then claimed that when quantum technology was introduced, "All of those stressors went down significantly and neutralised the stress up to the point where even the alpha activity in the limbic system increased by 13 times."

Blood analysis and rapid improvements

Blood analysis via dark field microscopy was also presented, purportedly showing how quantum technology can restore blood cell structure and function within minutes, even in EMF-rich environments.

"Within ten minutes, you see suddenly oxygenated blood, white blood cell activity increases significantly, and the red blood cells look like they're supposed to look," he stated.

Scientific scepticism remains

While Holtzendorff-Fehling's presentation was received enthusiastically by summit attendees, the scientific community at large remains divided on the effects of EMFs on human health and the efficacy of quantum-based interventions.

Mainstream scientific bodies, including the World Health Organization, have yet to confirm significant health risks from 5G technology at exposure levels below international guidelines.

Frequency medicine and quantum healing technologies continue to occupy a space between emerging science and alternative health practices, with proponents like Holtzendorff-Fehling working to build credibility through increased research and validation.

The HOLOLIFE Summit, now in its second year, brings together speakers from various fields exploring the intersection of technology, consciousness, and human potential.

Frequently asked questions

Who is making the quantum technology claim?

Philipp Von Holtzendorff-Fehling, a former T-Mobile vice president who ran fourteen countries in Europe and the US before founding a frequency medicine company. He acknowledged the irony of having helped expand the very technology he now says can harm human health.

What research did he cite?

He referenced over 60 studies across multiple continents, more than 40 of them placebo-controlled, and highlighted work from the University of Tulsa reporting a 20-29% increase in ATP production in treated cells. These are the figures as presented at the summit, not independently verified there.

What did the EEG demonstration show?

Holtzendorff-Fehling presented EEG readings of brain activity during exposure to 5G signals from an iPhone 15, claiming the exposure creates an artificial box in which brain waves no longer flow naturally and everything linked to stress in the brain ramps up significantly.
