A 4-hour nature journey with renowned 2nd-generation master herbalist Yarrow Willard for a special herb walk and nature-connection experience. Wander through forests discovering medicinal plants on ancient Viking burial grounds.
Learn identification, sustainable harvesting and remedy preparation while gaining insight into healing properties and traditional uses — with practices for slowing down, tuning in and connecting deeply with nature through storytelling, mindfulness and earth-based wisdom.
