Mark English is an Energy Cultivation Coach specializing in health preservation and spiritual cultivation. He began his journey with Standing Qigong Meditation in 2017 and trained in Internal Martial Arts under a 37th Generation Shaolin Disciple in 2020. With over 8 years of teaching experience in qigong and 15 years of self-study in the Science of Immortality, Mark has conducted lectures and workshops across the Bahamas, Costa Rica, and Northern America.
