Hein Pijnnaken is a Dutch educator, speaker and community builder in psychedelic microdosing, and the founder of Microdosing Institute. For more than twenty years he worked as a crane operator in the Port of Rotterdam, while privately exploring meditation, breathwork and altered states. A close friend's struggle with cluster headaches led him into psychedelic research, and in 2017 he co-founded Microdosing Institute, which he has grown into an international platform for microdosing education. He also co-founded Microdose.nl, the webshop that funds the institute's work.
