Ken Mai is a Japanese International Butoh Artist, Yogi, Choreographer, and Teacher based in Helsinki, Finland. He has performed and taught in over 30 countries and studied under Butoh founder Kazuo Ohno. Ken practiced Zen Meditation for 16 years at Myoshinji-Zen Monastery and has a diverse background in gymnastics, ballet, acting, music, martial arts, and yoga. He is a certified Ancient Hatha Yoga Teacher from the Patanjali Yoga Foundation.
