Jan Allister is the founder of BROTHERS.bio and an instructor in Budokon, MMA, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He established the BROTHERS.bio community to offer men a space to engage in movement and personal growth without performance pressure. Jan's unique approach integrates these martial arts disciplines with a focus on technique, mobility, and psychological stability. His trainings, workshops, and camps emphasize the synergy between physical and mental development. He is also the author of "Allow It," a book in Czech about his journey towards a more conscious and grounded life.
