Pterostilbene Helps Mouse Muscle Cells Burn More Fat Through PPAR-Delta 

Researchers testing pterostilbene, a polyphenol found in blueberries and grapes, found that it reduced intracellular fat accumulation and increased fatty acid oxidation in cultured mouse muscle cells.
