Alinasleep, also known as Alina, is a Dutch sleep and health brand based in Zuidland, the Netherlands. The company sells products intended to support sleep and a healthy daily rhythm, built around the idea of aligning daily habits with the circadian rhythm. Its range includes blue light blocking glasses, red light reading and sensor lamps, mouth tape, nasal strips, grounding sheets and breathing kits, along with product bundles, a free ebook and educational blog content. The founders have discussed the circadian rhythm on Dutch television.
