For more than 15 years, my work has explored how entrepreneurship, technology, and human potential can address complex systemic challenges. As co-founder and Business Development Partner at Nusa Sentara, I have helped build cross-border partnerships to bring environmental technologies and circular infrastructure to communities facing urgent waste, energy, and ecological challenges. Our work spans systems design, technology implementation, community collaboration, and the development of regenerative economic models. Alongside my environmental work, I have extensive experience in organizational performance, strategic leadership, and holistic health. As lead coach for a pioneering functional psychedelic company, I have worked with founders, CEOs, elite athletes, and individuals operating at the highest levels of their fields, supporting them in navigating growth, pressure, transition, and personal transformation. Today, my work connects inner development with systemic change, because creating a healthier future requires transforming both people and the systems they shape.
